All treatments are subject to assessment by the practitioner and will depend on your suitability for the treatment.

All offers, gifts and discounts are subject to clinic availability and the practitioner’s assessment.

We have a no-refund policy for all treatments, products, and deposits.

Any deposits made via the website are subject to the following terms

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is taken for all appointments. The deposit will be deducted from the cost of a treatment or product. Where the appointment is complimentary, we will still take the relevant deposit to reserve the appointment when booking.

We require 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment.
